Mobile Broadband - K3565 install problem

I have installed vodaphone mobile connect lte Ver 9.4.4.1.17702 on my laptop, but every time I try to use it, this error appears.

C:\ProframFiles\vodafone\vodafonemobileconnect\opcp\23415unitedkingdom\prepay\23415.xml

This appears every time after uninstalling and reinstall.

I have updated and installed all updates for my laptop
I am running windows xp with service pack 3

To be honest, this isn't something that I am 100% on so I am going to get one of our more techy guys to take a look at this later on today for you.

Hi koogan,

Hmmm, this seems like quite a strange one . I'd recommend downloading the latest version of VMC from the following link: VMC 9.4.6.

This contains all of the lastest drivers and should work without any issues.
