BROADBAND INSTALLATION

We have ordered a broadband fiber installation on 15th of August. 
Installation was supposed to be on the 6th of September but until now 19th of September nobody is showing up to install our wifi & I have been following up with Vodafone & says they still haven't able to construct external fiber outside. It's frustrating to wait for long time & they give us the same answer everytime I call & chase. What's happening???????

@merikon - I’m sorry to hear that your Broadband activation is delayed. My team in Social Media, can talk to our Activations team for you. They can then let us know what’s happening. Please come and talk to us there.
