Mobile Broadband - Keep displaying connection error?

Hello I have a K3565 which used to work Ok bit now when I connect it to my laptop it gets a connection but will not allow me to connect to any websites or download emails. I installed it on my desktop to check it and it works ok I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but still no joy. I have tried it with the firewall turned off and nope

Any ideas why it will not allow downloads?

Hi timco,

Can you tell us exactly what errors you're getting when trying to load a web-page or access your email? This should give us some idea of where the problem may lie. I suspect this may be an issue with the laptop itself, but we will see!
