Mobile Connect S/w Not Auto-installing

Hi

I've been having some problems with my K3760 (G141x Globetrotter) modem (ie. the black one) so decided to uninstall the Mobile Connect software and then plug it all back in to re-install and hopefully clear the error. Now when I plug the modem in nothing happens (but the modem light flashes as if OK). I'd expected the Mobile Connect s/w to start re-installation. I've deleted the modem from Device Manager but it makes no difference. I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1 if that makes any difference.

Any ideas why the thing isn't auto-installing? It's as if the memory that contains the install on it has been wiped. Rather than try to fix the auto-install, is there a place I can just download the software?

Thanks for the post and welcome to the Vodafone eForum :)

It sounds to me like the software has been wiped from the device too.

Not to worry though you can get all sorts of Usb Support here.

Not only can you download the software, but there's also support for the different dongles in case you ever change to a different one.
