Mobile Wi-Fi R216 Locked!!!!

hi..i have been purchased Mobile Wi-Fi R216 from on of point of sales at Istanbul in Turkey 1 week ago, so the seller told me that it should work at any network and unlocked, so i took it to home country (Saudi Arabia) to use it, then it doesn't work

Unfortunately we cannot help you from here as this is the Uk Community Forum. 

Even tho countries share the Vodafone name they are not linked. 

You’d need to contact the Vodafone Network it’s locked to for support. Although I’d suspect you would need to be a customer on that Network and meet certain criteria to unlock.
