Mobile broadband - content control + creating my account

hi, Today I bought a payg mobile broadband dongle and when I have come to use it it wont let me on many sites as it says content control is on, when I bought it from the shop I did ask if there was a content control on and I said I wished for it to be turned off, The lady who served me said it goes off automatically and she didnt do anything, Ive now come to use it and cant use it as I wish even though the site I wish to visit is not even a adult site. (msn) I dont have a credit card or anything to turn it off with as if I did I wouldnt of bought a payg one in the first place and to top it off Ive tryed registering for my account and it just comes up saying I need to enter the vodaphone number, which I am doing (from the mobile connect page) and the only help option available on there has nothing to do with setting up a account - or problems with the number. This is my first time on vodaphone and I am very disapointed so far. I hope to have this sorted out tonight or I will be returning this to the shop tommorro and going elsewhere.
