Yesterday my phone stopped working/no service. I cannot make/receive calls/texts. After several frustrating discussions with call centres they finally admitted that I have been disconnected in error. There is no apparent reason for this
They promised that this was being resolved but still no solution. They promised it would be resolved in 24 hours but nothing. To add insult to injury, I cannot call them from my phone so get charged for using my landline, the calls of which last anything up to an hour 😡. I have now been told it will be another 24 hours as its Sunday.
No one at Vodafone can tell me why, and daily phone calls to its service centre yields vain promises to resolve, but to no avail. Every day I have to start from scratch as there is no case management and there is no way to hold anyone to account for broken promises, the service is utterly useless.

in the same boat ! got disconnected, and now they have deleted my number i've had for years. many live chats, calls and even sent a new SIM. any help appreciated

I nave already paid my account 3 montha ago, to the wrong account because change my bank, then Vodafone admitted this on telephone, saying that complaints would handle it, even thou I still pay my monthly payments, as a bill payments system standing order, you have now reciently cut me off mobile and landline?
No wonder Watchdog investigations and the Ofcom had fined YOU! Very bad servicesm which would make me soon, change my Broadband and Landline to another Operator, regarding my mobile account due for upgrade couple of months, you be lucky if I continue my Contract?

This has just happened to me - 10 days ago my number was eliminated. I have spent hours on the phone and my account can't be located. I've been transferred to personal, small business, business, have done live chat, went to Vodafone - HOURS.
I was finally told this would be resolved in 3-5 business days and it has been 10 days total - 6 business days.
I am 6 months pregnant and it really is a problem that my phone doesn't work. God forbid something happens....I have no number. I'm beside myself and don't know what else to do.
I really don't understand why no progress has been made but hope this forum can help.
