put £15 on my dongle sunday night had confermation text saying (Thank you for your order.TopUp Amount:£15 Mobile broadband TopUp.You bought this on:28/07/2013.New Balance:£16.00)
but i cant get onto any websites get automaticly redirected to topup page.
can anyone help?

I've checked but I can't see anything from your eForum-registered email address for this.
Did you get an auto-reply email when you sent this? If so, there would be a reference number in the subject line - it looks like "[#12345678]". If you can post this we can search for it that way.
Alternatively, if you used a different address, can you update your email profile with this address? Just click on your name against one of your posts to get into the profile. Let us know when you've done it and we can search by that address.
