Not worth the extra £10

I added the mobile broadband 'dongle' as an extra to use on holiday as we were not in a wifi area.  It was utterly useless!  Fine if you want to wait 15minutes for the laptop to connect and another 15 for each page to load. We ended up just using our phones or finding a free wifi spot.  Now I just need to know how to cancel this.

 

 Vodafone do not seem to be able to sort out their signal problems in Argyle either....maybe a geography lesson is in order since they seem to believe that Argyll, SCOTLAND  is not in the UK and are trying to charge us for 'Eurozone' service' at some extortionate charge.

If you took the mobile broadband on a contract, there will be an early termination fee to pay.

 

We can certainly get you a figure for this.
