My phone did a software update on Saturday (14th March 2015) to Android 5.0.2. Although I received new APN settings I have been unable to connect to the internet since then. I have tried texting 'web' to 40127 (several times) to reset the APN settings, and have contacted customer services who talked me through a manual set-up of APN. None of these has worked. This is particularly frustrating as the phone was working fine before the update! I've attached a list of the APN settings currently on the phone (these are the ones sent automatically). Any help appreciated!
Update 17th March: I Managed to resolve this problem myself (by accident!). Using the 'myVodafone' app it asked me to switch off WiFi. When I did this it initially (as expected) said that there was no mobile data. When I pressed the 'Try Again' option it seemed to switch the mobile data on (although it was already set on in the main settings window).
