My Mac Book is no longer recognising my mobile broadband dongle. This is the window that I now see: http://puu.sh/p6Smt/5a8509ccb8.png. I've shut down, restarted, and everythign I can think of to try and coax it into recognising the device. I upgraded my operating system last week to El Captain, and I wonder if that is what has caused the issue. Any ideas on how I can fix it?
Many thanks
Vicky

Hi
As you've updated the firmware you may now need to download updated drivers.

Thanks so much - where can I find the drivers? I can't remember where I originally downloaded them?

You're welcome.
Look at I-ve-just-got-a-new-data-dongle-How-do-I-get-started.
Also look in the Update section in your Mac.

The links for the pages with the drivers aren't working, and neither are the ones that I find when I search through Google. I don't know if the site is down or if the resources have moved and the links are no longer current.

Hi
Is their any updates pending in the updates section of the Mac ?
There will be drivers somewhere on the Net I'm sure of it.

No, no updates pending. I've been searching and searching online, but all the links are broken. I thought I'd sussed it when I found this, http://puu.sh/p6Xgg/a56e6c9b90.png but that's broken too.
