If I may ask.....
Does this situation happen everywhere or at home for example ? Im thinking of a possible network / mast connection issue.
If you insert your sim card in another phone does the issue stop ?
Im sorry to ask but - Has the phone ever been accidentally dropped ?
Has the phone ever got wet ? Some phone's have water sensors that trip red if so. Some are in the sim card tray.
Do you have a case or screen protector applied ?
To advise - A Vodafone High street Store can send the phone Off for a diagnostic under the 24 month manufacturing warranty.
The Manufacturer themselves are another avenue to explore to have it looked at too. They know their hardware and software better than any repair centre.

Hi bandofbrothers
Thanks for the reply...
It happens very randomly it happens in all areas and to different people..more so the last week. I have a clear case on the front and back. I do not recall dropping it or getting it wet etc. Today it happened once out of around 20calls.. yesterday around 6 times out of 10... I will try the Vodafone shop when free. One issue with trying a different phone with the sim, because it doesn' happen every time I won' know 😣just very annoying..
Thanks again tho for your advice 😊

Youre very welcome @Flashcashash
I do appreciate that when a problem is intermittent its an issue trying to reach to whats causing the issue.
As this is happening everywhere and to different people this could indeed be the SIM Card at issue as well as the phone which is why using a different phone for a while is a good process of elimination.
I wish you all the best with this situation.
