Hi, I have a Vodafone 890N, also known as Ultra 4 Turbo. Is there any way to update the firmware? I have Android 4.4.4. Clicking "Check for updates" says my system is up to date though.

As your phone has been supplied by Vodafone it will be branded with Vodafones version of firmware on it. 

This is pushed out by Vodafone as and when its ready. 

Checking in your phone's software update section as you have been is the best practice. 

Vodafone do not comment on firmware timeframes as per Firmware Statement.

Sometimes a phone reaches its limits on avaible firmware updates ie to a new one such as to Marshmallow or Nougat but should receive security patch updates.
