My freedom Freebie is not working?

I am trying to by my new freedom freebee because my last months one has run out, so i have topped up and called 4354 to get my freedom freebee and all all they say is 'thanks for calling, bye'. Therefore i cannot get my freedom freebee. How can this be fixed?
