I ordered a new Galaxy S6 2 weeks ago, it worked for just a day or 2 before jumping round all over the place, i cant even send a text on it and been left with no phone for 2 weeks. As I'm in the first 14 days of contract I can get a replacement, what a joke that is. On Monday I rang Vodafone and was told that as I'd missed the 2pm deadline it would be received on Wednesday. When i rang Tuesday evening to check the order i was told it had been ordered by mistake as a brand new contract instead of a replacement. The guy on Tuesday night said "I promise you" (3 times) you will get your phone on Thursday and I have sorted it for you. Low and behold no phone arrived. After a 2 hour online chat with what i have to say is the worst EVER customer service i have received i was told i will get it sometime in the next 24-48 hours depending on stock. Not one bit of sympathy i have no phone for 2 weeks now, or that i will now have to take a 3rd day off work, the chat advisor was cheeky and unsympathetic towards my situation. Will i ever see the new phone? There wasn't a problem sending the first phone just so they could charge my bank account for the bill. I just want my phone and nobody is listenoing to me. Bring back O2, this company are the worst ever. What should i do? Take more time off work and lose another £80 when its already cost me twice that. Does Vodafone even care about it's customers? I have been lied to several times now and still have no clue if it's even coming at all let alone tomorrow. Someone sort it or i will be happy to share my experiance at every opportunity.

Yet again Vodafone have had me take a 3rd day off work to wait for a phone that never turned up, after 4 days of LIES LIES LIES and then when i rang today was told we are out of stock of Vodafones flagship new phone the Galaxy S^, when will it all stop with the lies. I would avoid this company like the plauge, not even a call to tell me whats happened. Its funny how they get a phone out to you in 24 hours but when it don't worked they dont wanna replace it, worst customer service ever

I am not going on yet ANOTHER live chat, was on there the other day and was there for 2 and a half hours without resolution, i have been waiting on 3 seperate occasions for a manager call back within 24-48 hours but nobody EVER calls me back. It's an utter disgrace this whole being fobbed off from pillar to post, I'm just not doing it anymore. I have taken 3 seperate days off work after promised a new phone and nothing came. I'm currently sending an email to Philip Yea the CEO as have obtained his direct email so lets see what happens now. I have taken note and screenshots of the entire saga, a communications giant like Vodafone can't even communicate or make sure a customer at least has a courtesy phone whilst waiting if indeed they are out of stock which i would say is probably more lies You are quick enough at taking the money out of my bank, so am expected to pay for something which doesn't work. How about u email me directly on [Removed by Moderator] and take control of this situation as its an utter mess

And further to my post and other reply. Does anyone from the tech teams even bother to read comments made? if they did they would see that i don't want to be told to go on live chat, or that it's not your remit to sort specific account enquiries so what exactly is the point of these forums? maybe if i just bad mouth Vodafone all over social media platforms and forums, as well as email your bosses and contact both offcom and Resolver something will get done. This is by far the worst company i have ever had the mis fortune to deal with. Disgraceful

Yet again you show how stupid you really are. I'm sick of you rolling out the same responses. To everyone out there, NEVER listen to a word these techs say, they are just robots churning out the same old responses so tells me it's an automated reply thing, they won't deal with your issues and are only on here to make it look like Vodafone give a sh%£*, it's all a big act. My advice is either ring head office as you will find a link if you search on Google, make sure it's on daytime hours you make the call. But far and above the best thing you can do is CANCEL your contract and quote "Breach of Contract, then contact the regulator Ofcom who will investigate the poor service this company gives. The more people who do the more likely something will get done. Even send direct emails to people like Philip Yea, it may fall on deaf ears but it won't half make you feel better, and will pee them off no end clogging up his inbox
