My vodafone app wrong phone name

I have a Samsung galaxy s7.

On My Vodafone app it says my name on the account but it says the phone belongs to someone else.

I've tried uninstall the app and install it again but it is the same.

Any explanation for this?

Hi @Anie are you saying when you open the my Vodafone app the name on the main screen does not match yours ? Mine displays the number on the account and my name, the app takes my name from my contacts list and the name I have against it. Have you checked the name against your number in your contacts list?

You don't mention if your online account gives an incorrect name for the account holder.  This may also need checking.

All the application gives is the account name, phone number and usage.  With you being able to use the SIM in any phone, it does not give the phone you are using.

If an incorrect name is on the account and the account is solely in your name, this will be one for the Team here to look into.
