Hey guys, i need some help. I installed the app on my iPhone 6s (iOS 11.0.3) and i get the following message: "It doesn't look like your mobile data connection is turned on. Please check your data connection." I tried it with 3g 2g and its the same. Tried to reinstall the app and restart the phone and its still the same. Tried to reset my network settings but still cant work. Its really annoying.

The app when deleted is still in your iCloud so when you go to download it again from your app store it's just resenting it from there.
I've not used iTunes on a computer in a while but there was under Settings a my apps section where you could go into a delete the actual app.
Then try downloading again from your iPhone.
Also sometimes apps take a little while to be updated by the developer. Usually there is some contact info contained within the app to send a bug report.
Also if your WiFi is turned On please make sure it turned off before launching the App.

I think my mobile internet just doesnt work. I tried everything, but i cant load web pages or nothing when i turn off the wifi and turn on the mobile internet. I paid for it but i cant use it but i can call and text.
