Since the completed maintenance work which has took place this week, the signal has become very poor compared to what I used to get.

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Yes

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here. NE49 (full postcode on my profile)

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Very weak signal or no signal.

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All

6) When did you first notice this issue? Tuesday

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent

I was told this issue would be sorted by 1am on 1/2/2017. It is still not tested. Can you give more information on what is happening, we have had no signal for a week since engineers supposedly did maintenance.

Shocking customer service. We have been complaining for a week. We have been told there wasn't a fault, that it could be my phone and now I can't even get an estimate as to how much longer I have to pay for a service I can't receive.

@NIXON26 @swlowe1973 I've taken a look at your local 2G serving site (14050) and can see that it's performing as expected. 

Please let us know if you're still having issues.
