Hi there bandofbrothers, I've tried all the things in that check list.
I received a Ed a message about a month ago from Vodafone saying good news that the network in my area was going to be improved.
Ever since then the call quality has suffered.
Even though I am sat in the middle of three Vodafone masts I'm getting really poor call quality.
I now struggle to get more than two bars of signal whereas I used to get full signal.

@Essel So we can take a closer look into this for you, when responding to this post please copy the template below with your answers included.
Post Title: 'First half of post code - Area' e.g. ST1 – Stoke-on-Trent
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
6) When did you first notice this issue?
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@Essel I've checked your local serving site (65185) and it's performing correctly - you should get good 2G, 3G and 4G coverage in this location.
When you're in this area, can you please try manually changing your device settings down to 3G/2G only and let us know how you get on.

Thanks for the info Alex, coverage on 4g. / 3G is very similar. I get two to three bars signal strength, changing to 2g it moves up to 4 bars.
Ive just walked up closer to 65158. I need to be within 60 meters to get five bars.
Has there been any recent upgrade works to 65158?

@Essel - As @Alex advised, everything looks fine with your local site, however if something’s changed for you recently, we’ll need to look into this further.
I’ve sent you a private message with instructions on how to get in touch, so we can check this out.
