1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
No, There is no signal in the whole of Aylsham. Currently unable to travel out of the town to check where I can regain service.
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?
NR11 6AN
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Just no signal
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All
6) When did you first notice this issue?
7/8/2017 ( though out of the county prior to this date, where the phone was working ok)
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@Donapayne I've checked your local serving site (5676) and it looks to be performing correctly, however work has been done recently - this can be seen on our network status checker.
As you've mentioned being out of the country, please try the following:
- Remove the SIM card
- Switch off the device
- Switch on the device
- Once the device has fully switched on, then pop the SIM card back in.

Hi
I have tried your suggestions & still not getting any service. (I went out of the county for a few days not the country. It worked ok in Derbyshire. )

No, There is no signal in the whole of Aylsham. As soon as I leave aylsham signal returns
