HI Vodafone
I made a request for an unlock code at the beginning of November through the email form. I followed the instructions however the phone was not unlocked. I spoke to support who said I should wait a bit longer abd a bit longer
then they said I should escalate to NUC team.
I did this and they responded that I should fill in the online form to request this
I responded to say I had already done this
I then got a mail saying I need to have my sim in my phone for 30 days
I responded to say that I had already gone through the steps can they take a look
I got the same stock response again.
needless to say I am not happy with this -
I need smoeone from Vodafone to take a SERIOUS look

What phone are you using and do you have the reference number from when you first submitted the unlocking request via the online form?
If so then a member of the Vodafone team on here will be able to chase it up for you.
