Nano sim

I lost my phone and have been given a replacement. Vodefone sent a nano sim to me today and said it would be activated after 20 mins. After a few phone calls this still isn't working. I've switched my on off ect. Still no joy. Can you help

Hi, it can take 24 hours to become active, keep doing what you are doing, leave it off for 20 minutes at a time.

If it still doesn't come on try livechat, it can take the team 48 hours for the team here to respond and they will probably point you there.
