Need Suresignal help please?

We bought a secondhand Suresignal off eBay, it appears to be operating correctly, however we cannot register it as apparently it is already registered. The serial number is 21229587171.

Can someone help please?

Hi katiesangster53,

Unfortunatly you will need to get in contact with the seller and ask them to de-register it from their account.

For security reasons only the original owner can do this.

Once de-registered you shouldn't have any problems setting it up on your account.

I managed to get in touch with the original owner and our Suresignal is working perfectly now. Thanks for your advice.
