I have recently upgraded, but want to cancel my contract under the network satisfaction guarantee.
Can I request a PAC and keep my mobile number if I do this?

Providing you are in the first 30 days of your upgrade you will be able to cancel. This means you are going to need to contact Vodafone and make arrangements to return your upgrade and have your account reverted back to pre upgrade status.
As soon as the phone has been logged back as received by Vodafone and your contract amended, you will be in a position to ask for your PAC code to change provider.
Please remember to keep the direct debit open until the final bill with a 0.00 balance has been received. You will then know the account is fully closed with nothing further owing and you have no further responsibility towards the contract.
