Vodafone sent me someone else's Direct Debit confirmation

Checked the mail for spam/virus attachments/usual .ru links, seems legit. From Neil Bladgden, Customer Service Director. No method in the email to report wrong recipient. Contains Account name, number, sort code, and Vodafone user number.
