Having trouble trying to get Vodaphone to unlock my Iphone 5. I have all the relevant documentation however the phone wa purchased from a company online for which again I have all the paper work. Maybe somone could explain in detail whay Voda are refusing to unlocjk the phone as I am way out of contarct . Could it possibly be that the phone is non uk -SEEMING TO BE BANGING MY HEAD AGAINST A BRICK WLL HERE.

I assume you fulfill the criteria to unlock as detailed on the Vodafone U.K. Unlocking form ?
What have Vodafone U.K. explained to you ?
If you mean the iPhone is an import that was released to be used in another country then yes that can have a bearing on unlocking as Vodafone U.K. Wouldn't be able to support an imported phone.

Hi,
The phone came from 'Mobile Phones Direct' linked to a Vodaphone SIM. So I dont really understand why, although customer support did mention that it may not be a valid Vodaphone uk device, is there anyway of checking this.
