Hi,
I have been a vodafone customer for many years now but recently facing problems with how much is due on my account and problems with being tied into my contact for a further 2 years for adding 2gb of data! Everytime I call vodafone, I am told different infomation. My account is in my dads name( I am authorised to speak and deal with everything on the account), Due to the problems, it has now resulted on my dads credit file, he had outstanding credit and now unable to get credit. I need to get this rectified and to the bottom of this asap.

I certainly understand how difficult having a default placed on a credit file can be.
Please let the customer service team here catch up with your post and I'm sure they'll help you with this.
