Tried 3 times with online chat now and still no success waited 24 hrs each time. What can i do now ?. Got new phone that needed nano sim old phone on micro, ordered new sim pack for my pay monthly account done on line form and with live chat. Im disabled. Cant get into shop.

You need to ask Vodafone to send a plain blank SIM card. The number cannot be put on a SIM where there is already an assigned number.
As soon as the plain blank pay monthly number less SIM is received contact Vodafone to do the SIM swap.

Hi. It is a brand new blank vodafone sim ordered after my camera on old phone falied and got a new phone to replace it with a nano sim, old one was a micro

I had to do a SIM swap recently and it failed to complete. It was the forum people who got it resolved, so best hang on for them to pick up your post. (Once the process was kick-started, it completed in minutes :smileyhappy:)
