RPI increase?

I've upgraded my contract on 10th April to a new plan that was £19 per month. I've just had my first monthly bill at £19.61 per month. I'm assuming this has something to do with RPI but I would have thought that Vodafone would have to notify me after taking my new contract out if they were going to increase my monthly charge?

@sjames16 - If it’s your first bill, it may be that it’s been calculated pro-rata – meaning you’ve paid just over a month’s line rental.
