We've had no service since at least Wed 26th. Have to go to Pickering to send and receive messages. Beyond a joke now.

@OldCurmugeon @Mchale We're aware of an issue with your local serving site (6845) and this is logged under INC3012190 - our team are working hard to get everything back up and running.
As mentioned by @BandOfBrothers, you're able to register for updates on our network status checker.
