Network went down Sunday last. Steps 1-6 followed with Live Chat help. Told me no known problems in my area NR21. Monday Vodafone website told me there was a network issue. Registered for updates. Told me yesterday it was fixed. Still no service! Customer service contacted, told me it was fixed and I had to go to nearest Vodafone shop to get new sim card. My service was OK if I travelled half a mile from home! This morning website shows a problem again! Now 4th day of no service at home! Can someone please give me a sensible update of the problem?
