Why has my network coverage gone from excellent to rubbish. I'm using the same phone and I've tried all your other options. Still rubbish. I'm considering changing to a reliable network

I appreciate the frustration that can be caused when signal / connection is intermittent or non existent.
Using the Link below by inserting your full postcode it will tell you if any known issues are affecting your local masts. Also by Zooming Out on the Map it'll also show any issues for surrounding masts.
Any maintenance work will show too.

Vodafone also has a specific template to use that helps them look into Customer signal issues and it holds some help tips too. Please launch the below link and post the template with your attached answers back here in your thread for the Social Media Team to look at.

Changing Networks is an option as you've mentioned.
But before possibly committing to any form of contract it's advisable to test out a network where you live , work and commute via a Payg SIM card. If the phone is locked to a particular network then it would need unlocking via the Official Online Unlocking form.
