I received my S6 edge on Saturday 25th April, it included a sim card which I happily slotted in only to find I cannot receive texts and data does not work.

My order status is stuck on stage 1
I have no number appear in my vodafone account
when attempting to port my number to this new sim im told the number does not exist on the sim you sent me.
Clearly something is very wrong somewhere I have talked to live chat already and they say they have "put in a request" not sure exactly what that means.
is anyone else experiencing this and has found a fix? am I being impatient considering its a month since I ordered?.
