Hi, Just taken reciept of an upgrade of my existing K4505 dongle, the K4511 which requires the use of V10 software.
Have used the v10.2 version and the dongle is detected correctly, however the control software brings up the below error message each time.
Any ideas on how to resolve? I reinstalled v9 software with my K4505 and everything works correctly, but when upgrading to 10.1 and also when upgrading to 10.2. The errors continue until I remove v10 and put v9 back on.

Are you using the VMB(Vodafone Mobile Broadband) v10.2 software you have on your dongle?
It may be this software is corrupt in some way, so it may be an idea to download the software from the eForum link. Then install this before you insert the dongle. Do ensure the others versions of VMC / VMB are uninstalled firstly however.

Hi,
No as this is for corporate use we are not using the Plug & Play dongle so do not have the Virtual CD partition
Have downloaded the file from here and from the same source have been able to install and work on another PC fine.
I work in IT so always remove and reboot before installing a newer version :smileyhappy:
