New Vodafone Smart Tab 4G flashing screen when turned off??

Hi,

I have just charged up my new Vodafone Smart Tab 4g.

When turned fully off, A light behind the screen keeps flashing intermittently.

I was wondering if anyone has this issue?

I am very concerned with it being new and have never had this issue with either of my old tablets.

Hi @groovygraham 

I'm not aware of this happening.

You've got a 14 day cooling off period after getting it.

If you got this over the phone or online call 191. If it's from a store then you'll need to return it there.
