New sim swap still not active

I got an upgrade and so needed to do a sim swap it's been over 24 hrs now and still hasn't happened. What do I do now?

If you can get to a Vodafone Store, they can sort it out for you.

Or you can talk to Live Help and speak to an advisor to check everything is going through properly.
