Hi Team,
I have a new sure signal device, version 2 I believe, and after registration it will only connect with my iphone 5. My wife's iPhone 4 and my work iPhone 4s both fail to connect.
i have removed them , re added them, de registered my sure signal, reset my sure signal and its the same behaviour every time. I have seen some similar threads on the eforum advising the fix for this is to have my sure signal box re sync'd ?
Cold you please advise ?

i think I made a mistake last time, the serial number should be 21221974682.

You can reset your Sure SIgnal by following the steps below:

Hi,
I just realised I had removed the phone number from my sure signal, I've added it back, and reset it twice now but its not picking up the sure signal. All other numbers are working ok. Could you re sync it again please ?
