Hi a friend of mine has just recently upgraded her phone she used to have an iPhone now she's got the edge 7 which she doesn't like. She has gone back to car phone warehouse where she got it from to change back to iPhone but they won't let her. I thought you where allowed a cooling off period just in case you don't like the phone you get is this true if so how can she get back to iPhone

Looks like you have been done by the small print.

Looks like swap of or to iPhone is not permitted.

If you upgraded with CPW, then change of Handset is permitted, but not Cancellation. And this is because they provide you the Handset and not Vodafone.

So you should be able change the phone to iPhone.

I believe this has to be done within 14 days.

Other members of the forum are spot on. 

As your friends contract is with Carphone Warehouse your friend will need to contact their Customer Service team to discuss this.
