Next Day Delivery

I ordered an iPhone 6 over the phone yesterday and was offered next day delivery which I chose to have delivered to a Vodafone store. However I have now spoken with the live chat and on the phone and been told that delivery usually takes 3-5 days.

How is it that Next Day Delivery doesn't actually mean Next Day Delivery?

I'm very confused and a bit annoyed with Vodafone especially as I have only just signed up to a 24 month contract!! Is this a sign of things to come?

With Vodafone, you'll get next day delivery when you order before 1pm Monday to Thursday." From http://www.vodafone.ie/df/assistance/

As you ordered on Monday, you did qualify for next working day delivery to be the Tuesday. 

Please speak to our Live help team and we'll check your account to see what's happened.
