is phone faulty

a week ago i bought iphone 6 . The icons sometimes moved halfway down the screen . i sent it back. Replacement came-but its started to do the same-the scrteen moved halfway down the page aND FREEZES. IF I SHAKE THE PHONE IT RIGHTENS ITSELF. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN OFTEN

Surely 2 faulty phones in a row just doesn't happen these days

The screen has slipped down again. How do I rectify this. A second brand new phone......surely this should work

Are you sure you aren't simply activating the one handed use feature? If you tap the home button twice (tap without pressing) the icons slip down the screen. Double tap again and they return to full screen.

Go to settings>accessibility>reachability and switch this off.
