No 3g Network Coverage - Td9

I have had mobile broadband for the past 10 months and have had no problems getting a 3g signal in the past. However, for the past few days I have only been able to connect with GPRS - not 3g. I am in Hawick, Scotland - TD9 - could you please advise if this is a network problem, and if so, when it will be resolved or if this is a fault with the usb?

Hi jg31984,

You'll be pleased to know that it's not a fault with your USB modem. The local site, 4513, appears to have a 3G fault at the moment.
So that we can escalate this to our network team, we'll need to take a few details from you, so an email is on its way to you now

I wish I'd seen this thread about 3 days ago!!! I've spent about £60 on hold to vodafone technical services trying to work out what was wrong with my 3G signal. I'm in Hawick as well and it has only let me get GPRS coverage for the past 3/4 days and a 3G roaming signal which won't let me connect anyway...please sort this network problem out quickly, Hawicks just a wee place and there's not much to do...
