No 3g, Only Gprs

Hi LL,

Thanks for the post code I've had a quick look and there's nothing coming up to suggest any site outages around that area of London so it's possible we have a software issue on our hands (Vodafone Mobile Connect) or there could be a hardware issue going on here. Out of interest are you able to get a better connection in different areas or London? There are an awful lot of transceivers in your area so you wouldn't have to go far to connect to a new one.
