Hi,
Whenever I go abroad I only have 3g but not 4g with one of my phones, the other phone works great. The problem seems to be related to the contract, even both contracts are the same.
I've called Vodafone around 10x and while they always promise me to get the problem resolve within 24 hours, this never happens. No point in calling them anymore, so I'm trying to find some help here. When searching this form, it seems that this is quite a wide spread form. Has anybody ever managed to get somebody at Vodafone to listen and address this problem in a serious manner?

@nickpick , i managed to solve my problem by calling the complaints team and explaining the issues I have been having. The issue was resolved by the network management team that found the 4g provisioning on my number to be incorrect. I'm now getting it done to the second number on my account too, as only my main number was fixed.
