Since Monday i haven't been able to login. Can't even check the progress of the work being done in my area as the coverage checker brings up a b****x error message saying i'm not using https!! Not. Even. Necessary. for that service :smileymad::smileymad::smileymad:
I do get the feeling this is deliberate. Why? Coslast time you did some work and it went on longer than expected you had to credit me a months worth..
Not to mention, i recentlychanged the direct debit on my paymonthly account - December - which was also an almighty c*ck up. Despite having confirmation from you that the DD had been amended for January you are still charging me for a delayed payment which was not my fault, plus, have limited my service!! I have spoken with an online chat person and they couldn't resolve anything...
So, myself mypartner and my disbled son have no useable phones, can't login to pay a bill and can't even check the coverage to see if it's working. Thanks Vodafone. I have been a customer for nearly 14 years and it obviously means nothing.

Hello @melt1273
I've just taken a look at my own postcode in the Vodafone Network Checker and its opening up fine and displaying the current information.
Link > Vodafone Online Mast Network Checker.
Sometimes if a page is glitching for me I usually clear my browser cookies and caches, and history and try again or try a different browser.
Vodafone have a Network Template to which your answers will help the Team look at your area. Please paste the template + your answers in this thread.
Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template.
I have read in the past that if a Direct Debit date is changed too close to its usual date then the systems may not implement the requested change in time which can cause some issues.
This then should balance out from there.
There are alternative options to pay a Vodafone Bill if the Direct Debit isn't available for a reason.
These are highlighted in this link > How-do-I-pay-my-phone-bill.
As your services have been restricted then I would also strongly suggest checking your Credit File as this may have been reported onto it which can affect a persons credit score and severely affect applications for various credit applications such as loans, finance, mortgage applications and mobile phone contract applications etc.
Http://www.experian.co.uk offer several options to gain access to your file. These types of defaults can remain for 6 years. Showing as Outstanding until paid off and then show as Settled.
I hope this is resolved asap for you. Live Chat or Customer service on 191 have account access so should be able to guide you and resolve this in regards to payment, account status, services and direct debit issues.
