No Mobile Broadband Signal In Hawick - Td9

I usually am able to get a mobile broadband signal in Hawick with no problems, but since the start of the week, have only got a 3g signal. Can you tell me if there is a problem with the network?

I notice on the faults board that the signal fault in Hawick was logged on 21st Sept - I only stopped getting a mobile broadband signal at the beginning of the week (2nd Oct onwards). Do you have an idea of when this problem will be resolved?
