No Power Icon Or Telephone Icon. I can only make emergency calls. No signal at all.

Hello,

My phone tells me that I have no service. No signal at all. My phone is HTC Desire and my broandband provider is BT. I have no Internet access problems, otherswise I could not write this message. My Sure Signal only shows a red light, there is no  phone icon or power icon.

Please help.

The results of a traceroute.

Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
