My Sure Signal hasn't worked for the past 48 hours. I have followed the troubleshooting guide and reset the unit twice but to no avail. Broadband all functioning normally. Would be grateful if you would re-synch.

There isn't a link in the Troubleshooting Guide that refers to the status of my V2-V SS, i.e. Power Light on steady, System Light flashing, Phone Light off.
