No data after porting from o2 on my iphone 6 64GB

I have had no data or voicemail since 6th February 2015.
I took my contract out on 7th Jan (ish).

I had to wait 10 days for my number to be ported over from O2.

In effect, I've had only 19 days of effective iPhone use.

Nearly £100 has been taken from my bank account for the privelidge.

 

I've had the sim swapped 5 times.

I have sent the device away and recieved a brand new replacement.

The loan phone that I had whilst my phone was away also had no data or voicemail.

I can make calls and send texts fine,

Wi-Fi at home works.

I'm at a loss.

I've been into the local Vodafone shop 7 times to try and get the prroblem rectified and no-one has helped.

 

I've fished the original packaging from the bottom drawer and will be returning the phone and demanding a complete refund at the end of this week.

 

That is unless anyone can help me.

FRUSTRATED is not the word!!!!!

 

Please help.
