Hello,
I've been usin my SureSignal without a problem for two years. I ended my main contract with VF last month, but still have a number registered with you.
When I log in, I am still listed as 'owner' of my Sure Signal, but there is no option to manage it, only to 'Remove Me'. this of course means I can't add any other VF users to the device.
What should I do?
