Not connected to network

We are having numerous problems with Vodafone my phone is the only one that's been fine ....until today !!!! Can't make calls or text as saying not connected to network !!!!!WHY!!!????

Other tips are to ->

Turn Phone off, eject sim and clean it , re insert and turn phone back on to refresh connection to the Network.

Process of elimination: Can U try ure Sim in another phone2 rule out either the Sim or Phone which may be at fault.

Contact Vodaphone Customer support on 191 or 03333040191 from a landline or use Live Chat from a Pc or Mac. Leave the chat window open for chat to initialise to have your account checked over.
